Wow. It's been a really long time since my last post and so much as happened. For starters I turned TWO! My Grammie and Gramps came into town and brought me a bike!! It's so much fun. I can't really work the pedals yet but Mommy pushes me and I'm learning to steer it. Then we had a birthday party with all my friends and family. I loved my fairy cake. I think Evan had too much fun at the party though because he fell asleep in the middle of it! Speaking of Evan, he is getting really big and doing so many new things. He stands up and crawls and he even eats real food now. Here he is standing up in his crib. As you can see, he gets really excited about this new skill. Now that it's summertime we do lots of fun things. Like going down the slide at the park... going on the swings... hanging at the zoo... wearing sunglasses... hanging at the beach in Michigan... and playing in the pool on the deck. Even Sammy likes to go swimming in the little pool. I also like to play dre...

Well, it's February, it's winter and it is COLD, COLD, COLD. We have to get all bundled up before we leave the house. Today Mommy took me sledding in the yard. Don't I look bored? Mommy seemed to have fun pulling me around the yard but I was a little underwhelmed. We are supposed to get more snow so maybe later we can go sledding on an actual hill (isn't that the point?). What else have we been up to in this weather? Well, we went to the aquarium a few weeks ago and saw the fish. I've been harassing Sammy as usual. He LOVES it! Evan has been busy drinking his bottles (with my help of course) and he's also started eating some food too. This is me with my best "teenager with an attitude" look (but really I'm just watching the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse very intensely- as if there was any other way to watch it). What a great Christmas we had! So many fun activities for Evan and I... Mommy took us to see Santa with our cousins. I was excited to see him but I didn't want to sit on his lap so I just waved and said hi to him. Afterwards we ate at Ed Debevic's where they gave me this cool hat to wear. Evan got to wear one too... Mommy took me to the museum to see pretty Christmas trees from around the world. Then we went to tea at the Peninsula with Yaiyai and my Theas and cousins. On Christmas Eve we hung our stockings for Santa. Here we are by the tree on Christmas Eve. We must have been very good this year because Santa left us a fun slide under the Christmas tree! We had fun opening all the great presents! I liked trying on my new clothes... and Evan liked playing with his new truck. I got new boots and so did Mommy. We were so excited that we put them on right away over our pjs. Here we are in our new boots! I liked wearing my reindeer antlers... but Evan didn't like to wear his! ...

October has flown by. My Grammie was with us for most of the month helping Mommy take care of me and baby. I had so much fun with Grammie because she does fun things with me like going to pick out pumpkins... and going to the zoo to see the goats. I had my first hair cut and got to sit in a fancy fire car. I'm such a good climber that I don't have to sleep in a crib anymore. I have my very own big girl toddler bed. It's great. I can run around the room and play instead of napping! For Halloween I was a big bear... and Evan was a little bear... and we all went trick or treating with our friends. Evan is getting so big. Here he is... and here he is in his swing making goofy faces... and in bed watching his Bears mobile. I'm a very helpful big sister and love to give Evan his pacifier. That's enough blogging for now.
